Is your shedding complete?

Hello beautiful souls,

Blessings as we approach this new spring Fire Horse energy. Can you feel it rising beneath your feet? The Great Spirit is asking us to truly look, to truly see. For months we have been clearing channels within us — shedding, releasing, dissolving. Many have walked through tower moments, not to harm or punish, but to bring you into deeper alignment with your highest good and the light you carry.

The gardens of time have opened a doorway for us to witness our new path. But to walk it, we must fully surrender the old. This path is holy and sacred, and while it is blessed, it is not always easy. You are the light this world needs, and this energy is helping us shed any place where we are not yet aligned with that light.

For us sensitive, ancient souls, many old stories have been weaving themselves into our present energy. Quantumly, we tend to weave what we know — but this season is asking us to weave the unknown. This can feel uncomfortable for the nervous system and subconscious, but if you’ve been walking with me for any amount of time, you know this is just one small step in a much larger thread of transformation. The quantum version of you is asking to be grounded in. 

Can you feel it?

What has been surfacing for you?

Are you noticing old threads of trauma, fear, lack, loss, loneliness, or other shadow echoes? These are not your current truth, but they rise as we weave new realities.

When working quantumly, these energies can block, limit, or create struggle. This is normal. This is part of shifting timelines and manifesting a new world.

So if you find yourself shedding doubt, fear, or heaviness — know that this is the time to truly let it go. It's time to weave in the good, bliss, light, love of this newness. In chines tradition they hold this new moon to full moon cycle into its holly days of rewiring blessing, abundance, and light. They don't take out the trash or even was their hair on the day of the new moon. They believe it cuts of the energy of blessings that are ready to flow in. 

Stand with your feet shoulder‑width apart.

Feel your feet spread and connect to the light and the earth.

Take 10 deep Dragon Breaths — inhale for a count of 6, exhale for a count of 8, pausing gently in the middle. Feel your alignment. Feel your connection. The Earth holds you. She supports you.

Now see yourself standing in the center of your being.

If you find yourself in the dark, invite in your new self.

Ask:

•     What do I need in this moment?

•     What can I shed?

•     What wants to return to the light?

•     What old stories of stuckness or loss are surfacing?

Let them dissolve into the Earth.

They are not you.

They are echoes.

Let them melt away.

Then give yourself permission to rise.

Connect to your breath.

Connect to your new self.

What do you see?

Continue breathing.

This is your new you.

Let the strings of the past dissolve.

Let the old stories fall away.

Reconnect to your feet.

Feel the truth that you are moving forward.

Choice is powerful.

Walk with the knowing that the table has already been prepared before you.

This Fire Horse year is not subtle.

It burns through illusion, obligation, and outdated agreements.

It demands clarity, sovereignty, and clean alignment.

For many of us, this means:

•     releasing partnerships made from fear or scarcity

•     stepping out of roles that dim our voice

•     honoring our body’s “no” without guilt

•     choosing only what matches our current frequency

•     letting go of old identities that once kept us safe

The Fire Horse does not tolerate self‑betrayal.

It calls us into radical self‑honoring, into boundaries that protect our purpose, into choices that reflect our true path — not our old wounds.

If you feel the urge to pull back, reset, or realign, trust it.

This is not avoidance.

This is evolution.
