"What if I'm not ready?"

"What if I can't handle the intensity?"
This is your nervous system speaking — and that's exactly what we work with inside this course. You'll learn to regulate, integrate, and expand your capacity. Saria holds space with deep care and experience. You will be supported every step of the way.
