You’ll clear what’s stuck in your field, reclaim your power, and rise as the creator of your own life.

This practice guides you through the Dragon of Light — a lineage of breathwork that moves energy from darkness to light, from womb to crown, from survival to creation.

Each session activates the seven chakra gateways through breath, sound, and movement:

Root — safety and belonging

Sacral — creativity and sensual flow

Solar Plexus — power and confidence

Heart — compassion and connection
Throat — truth and expression
5Third Eye — intuition and vision

Crown — divine remembrance

The dragon teaches you to breathe through shadow and rise into radiance — to transmute fear, stagnation, and emotional heaviness into clarity, vitality, and embodied power.

Once a month, we host teen and youth events designed to give young people a safe, sober, creative space to connect and express themselves. From dance nights to art classes and hands‑on crafting sessions, each gathering is built to support confidence, community, and emotional wellness.
