Once a month, we host teen and youth events designed to give young people a safe, sober, creative space to connect and express themselves. From dance nights to art classes and hands‑on crafting sessions, each gathering is built to support confidence, community, and emotional wellness. Because these events shift with the seasons and the needs of our youth, you’re welcome to email us or stop by the shop anytime for the latest schedule and details.

Forest Bathing

Immerse yourself in the healing energy of nature with a slow, intentional walk through the woods. Engage all your senses, reduce stress, and restore balance through this gentle practice of forest therapy. With this class it will be prescheduled in the Clintonville shop to ensure sing up and dates due to weather. All walks will weave forest healing with resetting the nervous system and learning to heal as mother earth intended
